In a transformative two-year Gandhi Fellowship, I dedicated myself to enhancing the leadership skills of school officials, aiming to improve education quality in government schools. Projects involved ethnographic research for community and school immersions, with a focus on refining coaching and facilitation skills and boosting community engagement for school development.
