How might we enable ASHA workers to streamline their workflow and provide better caregiving?
This project looks into the primary healthcare system from the lens of ASHA workers. The aim was to improve the data collection and utilisation process done by ASHA workers in order to streamline their workflow and enable better caregiving. A business model to take this solution to the market was also designed.

How might we mitigate thoughtless spending behaviour through GPay?
A study on understanding the human behaviours manifested in the virtual world and their impact in real life owing to the design of the virtual space. The solutions were directed towards changing the user experience on the platform and alter the identified deviant behaviour.

What are the gaps and opportunities that can be leveraged by Futurense to strengthen their strategic vision and offerings?
This was a live project done with Futurense to conduct an organisational audit from a design lens. After studying the business as a whole, we focussed on one of its key offerings to deep-dive and come up with business strategies that can improve the outcomes for the focus area.

How might we enable mindful eating habits in communal dining spaces?
The project aimed to explore the human factors and human behaviours in action in the context of open food courts and communal dining spaces. The study was focused on identifying deviant behaviours manifested in the physical world and its impact on the quality of experience originally intended with the space and the products.

How might we energise the ecosystem towards the adoption of an open-source platform for education leadership in India?
The set of projects taken up was done as part of the larger team at ShikshaLokam. The aim was to build sustainable ecosystems with actors aiming to improve the quality of education leadership in Indian government schools.

What are the ways in which the capacity of education leaders can be improved in order to improve the quality of education?
The initiatives taken up under this project were done during my Gandhi Fellowship journey that I had the chance of pursuing in Rajasthan, India. All the initiatives are directed towards leadership development at the ground level of the Indian primary education system.
